How can I return the product that I have purchased?

In respect of return of the products that you have purchased from www.exquise.com, you are required to first select the relevant order from the "My Account" tab and to create your request. Click the text "Delivered to the Courier” available on the order line, and you can start the process by selecting the product that you wish to return and the reason for your return through the redirection "Return the Order" available on the page that opens.Afterwards, you can perform your return delivery free of charge from any of the ARAS Kargo (a courier company) branches by following the instructions available in the return information form that accompanies your package. You can paste the address, which is provided as the delivery address in the invoice, on the cargo bag, and you can send your cargo to us, or you can use the address "SULHAN MODA GIYIM SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. Merkez Mahallesi Silahsor Caddesi no: 38 Kat: 5 Bomonti-Sisli / Istanbul". When your product reaches our respective unit, your transaction will have been started based on the payment type, and the product price will be returned to your account.

Would I have to pay any fee for the courier service?

No, you can return your standard shipments for free.

How many days do I have in order to return the product?

You are required to return your product within a period of the first fourteen (14) business days as of the date, on which you receive the product, in accordance with the section "Right of Withdrawal Without Justification", under the Consumer Rights Law. In respect of any return that you will perform due to any defect caused by the product, you can return your product within a period of 45 days as of the delivery date.

I have canceled my order; when and how will I receive my refund?

When you complete the cancellation process, the information about the products canceled will be sent to your e-mail address. A refund is performed based on your payment method, and you are informed about such matter by e-mail. What are the return conditions?
