When my product is delivered to the courier company?

The orders that you have placed on weekdays are prepared within a period of 2-4 days and delivered to the courier company. The orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are delivered to the courier company within the first following business day. *The period to deliver your order to the courier company varies between 5 and 7 business days due to the excessive busyness experienced in the discount periods.

How can I track my order?

You can view any and all of your orders and their delivery status through the "My Orders” page.

How will I track my courier service information upon completion of my order?

You can view the status of your order through the "My Orders" page by clicking the "Track the Cargo" link. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is delivered to the courier company.

Can I receive my order on the same day?

Our service for delivery on the same is only valid in Istanbul for now. The orders that you have placed with the delivery on the same day cannot be cancelled, and the return and replacement conditions are the same as for the standard delivery.

Is the delivery on the same day for a free?

Yes, the fee for delivery on the same day varies based on your region in Istanbul. The amount will be added to your cart upon selection of the option for delivery on the same day; in the event that you return your order, no delivery fee can be refunded.

When will my product be delivered to the courier company with respect to the orders for delivery on the same day?

The orders that you have placed by 15.00 are delivered to you on the same day, and the orders that you have placed after 15.00 are delivered to you on the next day.

Will I pay a fee for the courier services?

You will not pay a fee for the courier services with respect to your orders that have you placed through www.exquise.com.

I want to change my delivery address; how can I change it?

The address cannot be changed with respect to your orders approved. In the event that you are at a wrong/incomplete/different address, then we recommend that you cancel your order and place a new order. "You can change your "Order Address" through the "My Addresses” segment available on the "My Account" page, or you can define your new address by selecting the "I Want to Define a New Address" button during the purchase process. Such address will appear as the delivery address accepted on your next order.

What happens if the delivery person cannot find me at the delivery address?

In the event that you are not at the address, then the delivery person leaves a note stating that you can receive your order from the nearest branch. In the event that you fail to receive your shipment from the relevant branch within a period of 3 days, then it will be retuned automatically.

The products in my order are incomplete. What should I do?

You should absolutely open your package before the delivery person, and you should make sure that the products are the same as your invoice, and also that your package is intact. In the event that you realize that your package is incomplete, then you can return your package to the delivery person without keeping your incomplete package waiting. When returning your package, do not forget to provide your reason for return on the return form available inside the package. Complete the return process through the "Order Details" segment available on the "My Account" page.

The product (s) in my order is/are delivered incorrectly. What should I do?

In the event that the product (s), available in your order, and the product (s), available in the package as specified in your invoice, are not the same, then you can apply to us within a period of 14 days as of the delivery date, and then you can return the product by using the delivery number without paying any fee for courier services.

My invoice was not delivered along with my order. What should I do?

Each order is delivered to the courier company along with its invoice. Your official invoice is delivered to you outside the parcel containing your order. In the event that your invoice is not delivered to you along with your order for any reason whatsoever, then re-submit your invoice request to the delivery person. Have a statement taken down with respect to your invoices that are not delivered to you even though you have requested to do so, and inform us about it. Thus, we can send the original copy of your invoice or a copy thereof bearing the stamp of “True Copy of the Original” to your address as soon as possible.

Will I pay a fee for the courier services with respect to the packages returned?

In the event that you choose ARAS Kargo, with which we have executed an agreement, you will not pay any fee for courier services. In case of selection of any other courier company for returning purposes, then the fee for courier service is borne by the customer.

What should I pay attention to during the delivery?

When your orders that you have placed through Exquise are delivered to your address, we recommend that you should open and check the courier package after signing the courier delivery slip. In the event that there is any mistake in the package content, or that the products are damaged and/or deformed, then please have a "Damage Assessment Report" issued by the delivery person, and contact us with respect to such matter.
